The Program on Geopolitics, Technology, and Governance is led by Andrew Grotto, former Senior Director for Cybersecurity Policy at the White House in both the Obama and Trump Administrations. We are fortunate to benefit from an outstanding network of affiliates, external industry, government practitioners and academic experts. Additions to this network will be considered on a case by case basis and will be continually added to this page.
