Leading researchers, practitioners, and policy experts to explore the current landscape of AI audits and chart a path forward during a closed-door conference in Spain this June.
On June 26–27, 2025 in Sevilla (Spain), the Stanford Cyber Policy Center, together with the European Centre for Algorithmic Transparency (ECAT) and the International Association of Algorithmic Auditors (IAAA), will bring together leading researchers, practitioners, and policy experts to explore the current landscape of AI audits and chart a path forward for effective, credible auditing and evaluation practices and a trustworthy AI audit ecosystem.
The conference, an intimate, closed-door gathering of approximately 40 people, will explore issues around methods, metrics and certification, and discuss real-world examples, technical approaches, gaps in current regulatory frameworks and policy recommendations, and the opportunities that exist to establish AI auditing as a robust accountability practice.

- Day 2 (June 27): 9:30 AM - 17:30 PM

- Dress Code: There's no formal dress code, but please note that the venue is air-conditioned, so we recommend bringing a light jacket for comfort.
