Biography
RT Rogers is a DC-based Policy Analyst with the Stanford Cyber Policy Center where he communicates and connects the Center’s research to policymakers in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining Stanford, he worked as a legislative staffer covering technology, telecommunications, and appropriations issues, among others, for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He has additional experience in private-sector political research and non-profit program analysis.
RT received his undergraduate degree in philosophy and economics from Rollins College and he holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on internet technology policy from Cornell University.
